All estimates provided via this website, email, phone, or in person are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Estimates are based on a visual inspection of the work area. If hidden issues (such as rot, mold, water damage, or structural concerns) are discovered during the project, Ben's Painting reserves the right to revise the estimate after discussing the changes with the client.

Submitting a form or receiving an estimate does not create a contractual obligation.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure a project start date.

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of confirmed projects. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for moving small items, breakables, electronics, and personal belongings away from work areas before the scheduled start time.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your property (including drop cloths and protective coverings), Ben's Painting is not responsible for damage to items left in active work zones.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept common payment methods such as e-transfer, cheque, or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may be subject to interest or collection costs as permitted by law.

5. Warranty and Workmanship

Ben's Painting stands behind its workmanship. We provide a limited labor warranty covering defects such as peeling or blistering caused by improper application.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Structural movement or settling
• Moisture-related issues
• Damage caused by factors beyond our control

6. Limitation of Liability
